The facilities include a bar/lounge area and a restaurant, which was convenient for informal meetings. Business travelers should know that the internet, advertised as available, was sluggish at best. I struggled to keep in touch with friends back in Seoul, which was frustrating. Communication with the front desk was challenging due to the language barrier; Even basic English phrases seemed difficult for the staff. While the amenities like valet parking and a fitness center are appealing, the overall operational issues left a sour taste. The slow lift and duration of services indicated a hotel that could use some corporate stability. As a fashion photographer who loves to explore Italy's luxury scene, I expected more, considering the location's potential.
